Ye Zhengda (Chinese: 叶正大; 22 August 1927 – 14 December 2017) was a Chinese aircraft designer and lieutenant general of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force. He was also an adjunct professor and senior engineer at Northwestern Polytechnical University. He was a member of the 10th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and a delegate to the 5th National People’s Congress.
